journalctl --since -1h
找到相关字段
ssh_dispatch_run_fatal: Connection from user XXXXXXXXX port 50604: message authentication code incorrect

解决方案(未验证)

通过 ssh -Q mac查看可用的 MAC加密方式
ssh -Q mac
随机选一个，比如说
hmac-sha2-512-etm@openssh.com
添加到ssh设置中
# 临时方法 在ssh命令中添加以下字段
-o MACs=hmac-sha2-512-etm@openssh.com
# 持续时间长一点的方法 在~/.ssh/config 中写入
MACs hmac-sha2-512-etm@openssh.com
